Our admission process is comprised of the following easy 5 steps. All applications are processed online.

To get an admission for your child, please follow our 5-step admission process below. All applications are processed online.

Applicants from all nationalities, backgrounds are considered, and mid-term applications are also accepted.

Step 1 : Contact Us

We understand that choosing the right preschool for your child is difficult. For any questions or concerns, please contact us through this form. Please note that we do not have a phone inquiry.

Step 2 : Registration

Registration can be done online only.

The following documents must be uploaded upon registration. We recommend you have the following information and documents handy to upload:

  1. photocopy of the active passport of your child (and visa, FRRO for foreign nationals)/ Aadhaar card of your child

  2. photocopy of the active passport of both parents (and visa, FRRO for foreign nationals)/ Aadhaar card of both parents

  3. two passport size photographs of your child

  4. two passport size photographs of both parents

  5. Admission form (available in forms)

  6. Health report (available in forms)

  7. Child Information form (available in forms)

  8. Residential proof

Applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR. 15,000 for the registration to be completed. The payment can be made via bank transfer.

Step 3 : Schedule a meeting with our admissions team

It is important for us to make sure that your child will benefit from the education provided by Taiyo no Ie. Therefore, once Step 2 is completed, eligible applicants will be invited to a meeting to help us know more about your child and identify any special requirements.

Step 4 : Offer of admission / Fee payment

Admission is offered once you have completed the above steps. Please make a payment of the total fee payable at the time of admission listed here.

Please note that:

  1. Parents must accept the terms and conditions of admission.

  2. An offer of admission must be accepted or rejected within five working days.

  3. Students must pay the fee within 7 days of the receipt of the invoice.

  4. The school reserves the right to offer the place to the next available candidate, if:

    • the place is not accepted within 7 days from the date of offer, or

    • payment is not made within the specified period of time.

Step 5 : Check out Forms to find out necessary items for your child

We will notify you after the final review of the documents and payments is completed. In the meantime, please make sure to check forms and prepare for the necessary items.
