Yamada Juku School (India) Policy


Admissions 

On enrolment, students are required to fill in the Enrolment Form, sign School Policy, and tuition fees before the first class.

Monthly tuition is effective for one month only, from the 1st to the last day of the same month. Besides monthly tuition, students are required to pay a one-time registration fee of -

  • Rs. 6,000 + (GST18%)

Tuition is due on or before the 1st of the month. A late fee of Rs. 100 per day will apply if tuition is not received before or on the 1st day of the month that payment is due.

Monthly Tuition System

1) Please note that the tuition fee has to be pre-paid by the 1st day of each month, (i.e., April tuition will cover classes in April only.) The tuition for the next month has to be paid by the  1st day of the next month, regardless of the number of classes student finishes in the previous month.

If student is unable to complete all the classes in the paid month and wish to carry over the remaining classes to the next month, he/she may do so by paying for the next month.

The classes carried forward need to be used in the next month, and they cannot be exchanged in any other form.

In order to ensure students’ security, we request parents to make sure to call/email the center for booking before students come to self-study. (Not applicable for online classes) 

Refund Policy

Please note that there is no tuition refund for students who cannot continue to study at YJS and wish to withdraw due to personal reasons (e.g. a sudden company transfer to a country outside India).

Withdrawal Policy

If students wish to stop enrolment at Yamada JUKU School, students, or parents (if the student is under 20 years old) must declare their wish in writing 30 calendar days before he/she wants to leave.

Absence Policy

If Students are to leave the center due to a temporary return to Japan, etc., or admission to a hospital, for more than one month, they must pay an absence fee of;

  • Rs. 2,000+ (GST18%) /per month.

Please give written notice 30 days before you want to leave. Full tuition will be charged otherwise. Students cannot be absent from the center from the middle of the month.

Attendance Policy

Students taking flexible private course can change their class schedule upto one day before the day of the class. Same day cancellation will not be accepted and there will be no makeup class.

The management reserves the right to change any or all of the terms of the policy at any time without notice. In case of dispute, the management’s decision will be final.
